Having worked in tourism for most of my life (not including a very brief stint in the entertainment industry), I thrive on showcasing my backyard to visitors, supported by an incredible team of guides. Each member brings their unique passion and expertise, creating a learning environment for all of us. The Gold Coast Hinterland is often overlooked by visitors, but I believe it is one of the most beautiful places on earth and I feel truly lucky to say that, wandering through ancient rainforests, enjoying breathtaking views, and encountering Australian wildlife in their natural environments, is just another day in the office.
Many years ago, whilst leading a multi day cross country tour, I introduced a young student from USA to the Australian stock whip. He loved it immediately and was a natural. Years later, I learned that he kept it up back home and now computes in whip cracking competitions, and wins many of them.
