Since 1989, I have been dedicated to promoting Australian tourism products.
The first business was The Informed Tourist, where we specialise in distributing brochures for tourism operators to hotels and tour desks across 350 outlets in Sydney and environs. It’s still going!
Prior to covid we also owned and operated iVenture Card Australia. Since sold to the parent Smart Visit.
We also operated iToursntix with over 12 booking centres across Sydney and the Gold Coast, specialising in Tours, activities and attractions. Now iToursntix operates a curated online platform rebranded as Oztoursntix. Its work in progress!
Post Covid, I have focused on product. Aquaduck, Southern Cross Tours and Paradise Jet Boating are some of Queensland’s leading tourism products and I’m very proud of the work we have done at Tours Group. We continuously strive to grow and enhance these products, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
My passion for the tourism industry drives my commitment to providing exceptional service. Everyday I enjoy collaborating with outstanding individuals in our team, to ensure customers have unforgettable experiences.
